At Aghasti, your satisfaction is our top priority.

If for any reason you're not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help. You can request a return within 14 days from the delivery date, provided the items are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase. (Consumable products are non-refundable.)

To initiate a return, simply reach out to our Customer Support via email at customer_care@aghasti.com or WhatsApp at +20 150 593 9363, including your order number and proof of purchase.

Aghasti covers the return shipping costs for all eligible returns. Refunds are issued as store credit only and will be processed within 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

In case you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or provide store credit.
